ELARA Luxury Spa reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in rare circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 1 hour before your scheduled time.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in limited future booking availability.

3. Payment Policy

All services must be paid before or immediately after the session.

ELARA Luxury Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items. Customers are advised to keep valuables safely.

Service duration includes consultation and therapy time. Late arrival may reduce service time to avoid delays for other customers.
